My Netflix account was hacked into three times in the last week, my login email changed. I had to call Netflix over and over again to reclaim the account. This time I just deleted the whole account. So fucking annoying.

remember when the "secret sauce" of Netflix is their advanced content matchmaking algorithm? they even hosted $1M "Netflix Prize" competitions.

imagine how annoying it would be if one company knew you so well that it was too bothersome to use anything else?

does Netflix even have any sauce anymore? does anyone?

i get tons of account reset requests over and over, until i switched the email to a unique email (that hasn't been leaked in dozens of data dumps before).

worked great! until someone made an account with my email, then resumed making account reset requests lmao

it doesn't even have an option for two-step authentication!
