EF should have supported ZK startups with social capital but they never did all the ZK startups are dying in real time if Ethereum was as cypherpunk as it wants to be, these projects would not have been abandoned

teams dissolving, returning raised funds, outright vanishing into oblivion, yes you don't see it from the outside of the industry

Share some names/data? Every ZK startup I know seems to be doing great, and I'm sure there will be x10 more of them over the next several years. It's normal for many startups to die off, that's the nature of the investment structure, but hard for me to believe the ecosystem is not growing.

Is this the "give me a crypto usecase that doesn't rely on finance" of goal posts? What's wrong with rollups? There's tons of teams that are working on ZK tools, but they're not necessarily "startups" (with a standalone business model), here's some: https://zeroknowledge.fm/episodes/ What are some that are dying?

so rollups only, i see zk is so much more than that — and the fact that the whole industry fails to see this is the same issue we had in 2017 when ethereum was only associated with icos since then, something changed this something must change with zk too
