I have a desk that I like to work at and it’s a great height for my monitor but it’s too tall for me to comfortably use my keyboard and mouse atop it. So I’m thinking about getting a keyboard and mouse tray, ideally one which attaches to my office chair. Anyone have a good recommendation or alternative solution I should check out?

lmfao i was going to reply actually but was like "eh i should let things go sometimes" the first thing i was going to say is that i have mounts for a table keyboard tray in the basement i'm not using, was gonna offer to ship them to you lol but the main thing, is the table height adjustable at all? if it is, i'd lower the table and raise the monitor by using something like https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/elloven-monitor-stand-with-drawer-white-50474770/ or a monitor arm. i've never used chair-mounted keyboard trays!

Haha I do the same thing, especially with folks I’m always responding to. Sadly the table is not adjustable. Was thinking the best options would be a chair mounted tray or even just like a bord/tray I can rest on the arm rests and then set on the desk when I need to get up
