Anyone know how @polymarket works with this no-activity account holding all(?) of the "NO" positions? Is this a weird magic counterfactual address? Why does it exist?

This one also puzzles me. Possible theories: - padding to make election markets seem more legitimate (in terms of signalling)? - airdrop farming - Polymkt rewards makers who place liquidity near the midpoint with USDC -- perhaps farming these rewards with size? not super familiar w/ the protocol so may be off base
