Metaverse never made sense to me except as science fiction. Because you can’t navigate a virtual space by walking (you’ll hit a physical wall in your environment), it’s hosed. And those to whom virtual escapism most appeals are likely also the most physically constrained.

Teleportation mechanic takes just a few seconds to learn, and it's second nature/fully embodied for most people I've demoed VR to (100+) within 5-15 minutes. For everyone else, they seem to prefer the "VR legs" and joysticks approach (I'm not one of those people).
