It's really sad what's going on with Google Search.

We had pretty rich experiences for the 2016 and 2020 elections where it was great for tracking each candidate's policies before the election and track the election results day of.

Now there's nothing but links to news sites. It's like the News VP took over and the Search Experience / Knowledge VP is nowhere to be found.

Perplexity's Election feature isn't at the level Google's was in the past but at least they have one this time around.

The open web is dead, long live the open web. ⌐◨-◨
