They're drug addicts, in the streets, they're breaking any common sense law. Litterly, very dangerous people that could do anything without knowing it and they're ruining all American cities. Freedom is not meant to not allow families to walk down the street peacefully and allow drug addicts to ruin cities. This is definitely not what freedom is meant to enable:

Sure it’s a big problem and needs fixing, I was only answering your question as to why there is arguments. If you decide that you should make decisions for others, where are the limits? CCP does this. No homeless. Want communism? I’m being facetious on purpose to make a point…. We gotta fix the homeless insanity but we also have to figure out how to do it while living by americas values. Not as easy as it seems at first glance
