What was the last pleasant surprise you had? Me: A salad I ordered at a pub not expecting much beyond it being safely vegetarian turning out to be delightful

Was driving from Utah to Vegas to make it in time for a hard to get dinner reservation after 2 days of hiking, looked unlikely and then like magic the timezone moved back by an hour and all was well with the world
