Hmm, there’s a known issue right now where the rate limits are not global. Each hub maintains its own state and they can sometimes get out of sync. I will look into this specific case and see if it’s related to that or something else when I have some time.

The Farcaster team never sleeps!

Unfortunately, it's a "minor" bug (I mean, it doesn't disrupt farcaster's life) so they'll look into it when they have time.
I'm going to work on a temporary fix, when I've slept, to get the @masks-bot  back in service.
