Met up with @shilpa and @v for ramen. The chef asked us how spicy we want our ramen from 1-30. I went with 10 and that was full on. I wonder what 24 is like and how he measures such precison

whoa! that looks very good! and that's a lot of spice! i hope 24 is not that amount 2.4 times! wondering if his precision is like my experience of a few more pinches of spice 😂
