Every time I shop at Whole Foods (brought to you by Amazon Prime) I feel like I’m being ripped off 

But the produce supply chains for the other big grocery stores (read not farmers markets) seem so shitty post Covid — either stuff is missing or the quality is low

No other big grocer has consistently good produce afaict 😕

we have a bj’s warehouse club here and so far it’s the best we can get from any of the stores around us.

agree.  I hadn’t heard of it until it expanded from the east coast into michigan a few years ago. 

it’s more like sam’s than costco so a little bit smaller portions, but bigger than grocery stores

never heard of it -- wild how regionally varied stores are even these days
