I'd like to thank @markfishman and /firstdraft for the nudge to write this, just at the right time! This is free to read. I will add a /hypersub tier to gate future issues, but we're not there yet.

There are several good newsletters about design (today in design, this week in design etc.) but they all have something in common:

they mostly only talk about stuff that's already out there

Recent tech releases, recent twitter spats, recent rebrands

But doesn't that just increase echo and noise? Just more of the same. Very hard to take creative leaps if you're always taking small steps within the same circle.
