Really I’m just racking it with my arms and doing it from the crook of the arm forces my whole body to be in a completely different space than say a deadlift or back squat Why, because these are fantastic at strengthening the entire posterior chain stabilizing your lower back

It’s good to build the neutral spine position, but to build usable strength you must also train the top image. The conventional wisdom is entirely focused on a narrow range of motion, life uses all the planes of movement and motion though
