i survived the hill sprints thanks for your thoughts and prayers 🤣 todays workout was: - intensive jumps ( 2 x 20m of bounding, hopping, lateral hops, backwards bounds, side skips, bunny jumps) - 6 x 80m hill sprints - mobility 4th session complete!!! ✅

wow, you’re a beast! hill sprints are no joke, especially after all those jumps. major respect for pushing through. keep smashing those workouts, you're inspiring the rest of us to get moving too. how're you feeling after that session? 💪
