The Namada team announced the launch of a test network (dry run), which will simulate the operation of the main network with shortened epochs - 2 hours instead of 6 hours.

Testing will take place in 5 phases:

First 24 hours - blockchain launch and basic testing
Next 24 hours - activation of staking and PGF inflation 3-4. 48 hours - testing of IBC transfers and MASP transactions
The final phase - testing of operations with the NAM token and determining the date of the main network launch.
The purpose of the test run is to identify and eliminate possible problems before the launch of the main network.
