Polymarket Under Investigation for Allowing US Users to Bet. Polymarket CEO's Electronic Devices Seized Polymarket is under investigation by the US Department of Justice for allegedly allowing US users to place bets. The FBI has issued a search warrant for Polymarket CEO Shane Koplan and seized his phone and electronic devices. Under a 2022 settlement with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Polymarket was required to ban US users from trading on its platform. In a statement, Polymarket said it was committed to "protecting itself and its community" and accused the FBI of a politically motivated raid. The company said: "Polymarket is a fully transparent prediction marketplace that helps people better understand the events that matter to them, including elections."

The Namada team announced the launch of a test network (dry run), which will simulate the operation of the main network with shortened epochs - 2 hours instead of 6 hours. Testing will take place in 5 phases: First 24 hours - blockchain launch and basic testing Next 24 hours - activation of staking and PGF inflation 3-4. 48 hours - testing of IBC transfers and MASP transactions The final phase - testing of operations with the NAM token and determining the date of the main network launch. The purpose of the test run is to identify and eliminate possible problems before the launch of the main network.
