Five regenerative seasons at regrò in Maremma! We let Nature do but also help with water retention systems, planting circa 300 new oaks and favoring/sowing the local guilds from the herbs up. The 23 hectares we steward was a pig farm and intensive logging ground, knowing only exploitations for decades!
