We have talk about a lot of exciting use cases of integrating ethos to a social network. How might Ethos eventually integrate with or decentralized social networks, influence DeFi, NFTs, and other onchain activities? Do you see reputation systems becoming a standard layer in all Web3 applications eventually? @serpintaxt 


It definitely adds a layer of trust I think to how people trade... if people trade with this public identity/reputation

I imagine a world where we DO have insight into who and what people are trading what.. and they do so with their public identity because that's what is expected. 

I always think about how opensea was pretty good for seeing WHO was in a trade and helped you build a bit more trust. People look for signal always in who is buying stuff! but now we have a way to document that.. and that documentation of that person's history can really help people have more confidence in their trades (or document when people do stuff like dump on their followers!)

think vector.fun has a similar vision, connecting social graph/reputation to onchain trades

I want vector.fun to show credibility scores next to buys - I've already talked to a few people that are looking and flipping between vector/ethos to see who's buying stuff and how credible they are
