Limes vs lemons, who do you like more? I love limes and will usually ask for limes (or lemons) with my water at restaurants Most creative and crazy lime dessert I’ve made was a lime scone using limited ingredients as I was living abroad at the time. This involved sourcing imported American rock sugar then hand grinding it into granulated sugar with a mortar and pestle. I also had no access to buttermilk and learned how to use lime and milk to makeshift my own replacement mixture.
