Oooh my feet are fine! In fact, they are in excellent condition. It’s not the feet, it’s the impact my heels have on the ground when I am walking, and how I run. I need to improve on that and Hokas help. Because of the impact on my feet, it sends the vibrations all the way up my musculoskeletal structure and affects my knees, hips / waist, back, neck. Once the musculoskeletal structure shifts, the atlas of my neck begins to reverse heal and it puts pressure on nerves (which is what I went to chiropractic care for in the first place), causing a lot of nerve irritation in the trigeminal nerves as well as the rest of the body I will take a look at Altras tho! :)
