Why can’t you click on the restaurant to see their contact information after you place an order with them on Uber eats? I hate using apps to buy things. It’s not a matter of “figuring it out” or me being old fashioned - why is there so much friction when the whole point of the app is to reduce friction

I guess they want to avoid making it easy for you to call them and prefer to act as intermediaries. I really don’t understand why they do it that way; it’s not the best approach, to be honest. 🤷‍♂️

What phone do you use?
