I’m about to trim the loose threads from the inside of my “gym bag”—a backpack that’s been with me for over a decade. It’s carried heavy textbooks, souvenirs, climbed mountains in a few countries, and now it’s retired as my trusty gym bag. He’s falling apart, but I know I’ll cry the day I finally have to let him go. A good bag is hard to let go. And it carries so many memories. 🤍 I keep mine until they fall apart too.
