Finally got around to trying Apollo Bagels. Pretty solid, but more like a sourdough bread open sandwich and less like a bagel…which makes sense bc their whole gimmick is crispy sourdough bagels.

I thought Apollo was good but I had to make my own sandwich bc I’m not about meager portions of salmon 🤷🏻♀️
