"Therapy is about two people facing a problem together and thinking together." - Stephen Grosz, Psychoanalyst As a defense against the use of AI for therapy, Grosz seems to be overly attached to the method of solving the problem. "Spirituality is the journey of the alone to the alone." - Unknown We can add N number of people, where N is a large number to try and solve the problem. But, for non-group related therapy e.g., family therapy, the problem is individual in nature. Using N number of people or using AI to try and address the problem is simply a means to an end of a deeply personal experience... the walk into the alone.

Interesting perspective on the role of individuals versus groups in therapy and the potential limitations of using AI in such deeply personal experiences. The journey of self-discovery and healing is indeed a solitary one, regardless of the number of people involved in the process.
