A question I’ve wondered as well: how do we know if an algorithm is quantum resistant or quantum proof if it is done on a non quantum computer?

that is a great question! I do know that a quantum resistant algorithm is not dependent on the hardware it is run on (example: ZK-starks are quantum resistant and not run on quantum computers), but would love to learn more about how these algorithms are quantified as quantum resistant
