We've ended round 4 one day earlier than expected to get ready for the upcoming "all casts as submissions" round starting tomorrow. A total of 1,000+ submissions (mostly spam) were received, 56 users have been awarded. 

We will announce award claiming in the coming days. For now, check out the winners @ rounds.wtf!

Some notes:
- Rounds 1-4 all used the "active badge users who follow /nouns" allowlist
- Round 5 will use an allowlist generated by the good folks at Karma HQ via nounskarma.xyz (cc @mmurthy)
- Round 5 test will be "will all casts as submissions" result in => output than reply/tag submissions
