Me and a bunch of animator friends new to warpcast are having issues connecting to the web client. 

Any tips?

Can anyone pls help sloppy - we’re trying to onboard animators but they are having issues logging in

I've had periodic connection issues on desktop before as well; typically these worked themselves out after a few hours; but you can to:
- Computer - clear browser cache/cookies and do a hard refresh
- Mobile device - clear the apps cache and data (be prepared to log back in on mobile); potentially uninstall/reinstall

I had an issue earlier connecting desktop but it resolved itself.
