In my opinion,team should consider fair distribution 🙏🏻 when checking other posts you can easily see what I'm talking about... it's not about the money, it's about the value 👌🏻 seeing ppl getting more with simple posts makes our post less valuable 💁🏻‍♀️

I hear you. We’re doing our best to reward fairly but clearly there’s a lot more work to do. We’re rethinking a lot!
