What are your go-to cold prevention steps when your kids are coughing with runny noses and you want to avoid being taken down yourself?

Mine is a shot of Jäegermeister before bed.

Anyone have other recommendations?

Only works for me if taken really early in the infection, but fails more often than not when I catch something from my kids 🥲
