Throwback to the day before my first bodybuilding show. One of the hardest things ive ever done, good first experience, cant wait to do it again.

Anyone here ever competed?

Oh, that's awesome. Good lighting makes a show soooo much better.

It was a fun experience and I'm glad I did it but I wasn't fully prepared so next time I'll know what to expect and hopefully feel a little less lost 😅

no, but I've done audio and lights for 3 body building shows so far hahah, sitting on the other side of the house, in the audio booth, they are definitely an experience. How did you like doing the competition?
