We borrowed it from Moana cafe in Bali, which specializes in fish dishes.

It's called “Huahine aubergein”.
These are baked eggplants with tuna and lime stew. Served with mango and coconut milk sauce topped with fresh avocado slices and buckweat popcorn !! 😋😋😋
