🧵The major breakthrough I had at gym was replacing the typical 3 series of 10 by the following: 1st series of 12 reps with a weight that causes almost failure on the 12th rep. Break 15 sec. Now do as many reps as you can until almost failure. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10 or 3. Break 15 sec. Keep reading👇

The idea after doing the initial 12 reps is to do another 20 reps. unlimited series and breaks. Take the break when your technique doesn’t allow you to do the exercise properly. So: You can do 12 + 10 + 8 + 2 = 32 Or 12 + 5 + 4 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 2 = 32 Either way works. Keep reading 👇
