This is my second day as a non-smoker. Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns. I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without. Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start. š

This is awesome mate congratulations, its a hard thing to do after so long but keep persisting and you'll break the habit

I already noticed a big change this morning when I wake up vs the morning before. I know that within a couple of weeks I get rid of that feeling.
