important clarification. fan token holders do not directly receive moxie. instead that % of moxie rewards from a cast is used to buy those fan tokens and then burn them

only way you can buy fan tokens. see someone popping off on farcaster? get moxie to buy their fan token early (before other folks catch on) then 20% of the moxie from their casts buys their token, which causes it to go up
