What were the highlights between Season 4 and 5?

• A rise in delegate engagement 🙋‍♂️

Boosted by the system migration, which required a 0.25% of VP to a list of the top 100

• Increase in the number of councils/committees 🏛️

Driven by the expansion of the grants council, accompanied by an increase in the number of its members, who in turn, in some cases, serve other roles within @OptimismGov.
