A ton actually. Arguably one of the most important exercises we do. 

As an example, look at the differences between @dwr.eth's and my responses. 

Indicative of strengths, weaknesses, personality, normativity, and cultural fit.

For the record, based on answers alone Dan would definitely move to next round, but we'd dive into a couple things. 😉
