anyone have recs on equip to host a podcast?

What i've found so far:

not sure of microphones but this is a hobbiest thing only so don't want to sync a bunch of $

I’ve been using the Tula mic on go and it’s been great.
You can use substack to host for free then just link the rss to all major platforms.
