this week for /openrank - designed and tested v2 global rankings. includes quality improvements to algo (more sybil resilient). v2 APIs launching next week - spam and top casters user label APIs ready to use. also available via neynar next week - created new variants for personalized user graph based on recent engagement (30/60 days).

Is Openrank labelling accounts as spam based on some sort of algorithm? Or is it going to be more like a community thing in which user A can label user B as a spam?
