It's crazy the different flavors you can pull from coffee. That's why the roasting process is my favorite. You can bring out so many flavors from a similar bean. And then the brewing method can help to highlight various parts of that. There is just so much potential in a cup of coffee

Love to hear that! Those flavors can be really delicate and unusual but I love how much they push the boundaries of what coffee can taste like. I had an espresso that tasted like raspberry lemonade a couple weeks ago. Blew my mind.
