I still like the term web3 as a category, but it seems to carry a lot of baggage nowadays

And yeah consumers should never have to hear techie terms like NFT or blockchain

Idk most of the times I hear people say web3 now its from people who aren't actually very into the space they just talk about it more esoterically and it feels like a lot of the mistrust in the space comes from people hearing about "web3" and being disappointed by the reality and execution of those ideas.

Yes, seems "onchain" is the only "ok" word to use nowadays.
