and is it known how quickly a tip cast gets picked up? If I tip and then delete it after X minutes, how to ensure the degen backend saw it?

the tipper can check by looking at if their daily balance changes. the receiver, afaik, has no way to check. so there's a ton of trust assumptions in these transactions
