Two variables
- $degen tip amount
- NFT to be transferred

Person with NFT posts the frame on their fc timeline with tip amount specified.

First person with enough $degen tip balance to click ‘buy’ gets the NFT. Frame poster gets $degen.

Well originally I thought payment would follow current protocol -
comment {amount} $degen
but then I thought of a whole bunch of potential issues (such as what you’ve suggested), so then I thought instead of payment via comment, it would be via the frame’s ‘buy’ button.
