My version of this is always adding a / to make 1 term 2 terms cause I can't settle on 1 lol

(I am not diagnosed and think anyone can do either thing 😅 without having adhd)

yeah it’s why i was confused and amazed when i saw this post on IG.  like oh wait even THIS is a part of my adhd??? 

i also do the / thing to make sure i convey the right meaning and the options cover the umbrella of emotions i want to convey 😆
