When I lived in SE India for 6 months my primary means of transport was a moped. I had never rode a moped before I went to some random shop and paid rupees the first day I arrived. Almost knocked over a whole row of parked mopeds on my way out. India traffic laws are zilch. I never told my mom that I rented the moped.
