What casual men shoes do you recommend (that can go with anything)?

I'm a man of few shoes. I usually alternate between a pair of Nikes.

I had a pair of allbirds that I really liked and I'm considering getting a new pair but wanted to check with fashioncasters if they have any good recommendations.
