i found meditation helps me w/ slowing things down, stopping the bus, refocus on priorities.

I've read numerous times about the benefits of meditation, much like exercise, yet still can't bring myself to do it regularly 🫠How often do you meditate?

On average 2/3 times/week, more if particularly stressed. It’s like exercise & having a guide is the best to start with! Been using calm: https://www.calm.com it’s very helpful & can do it anywhere
