I feel like they are. Lots of overlap in products and smaller teams pivot all the time. Better to give consumers less but higher quality options than have half-hearted ones as options.

Great point. Good teams deserve good rewards too. But our nature is also to seek and buy out innovation.
Maybe transparency is how we can do things differently. Pseudonymisation for employees and customers of course. 🤷‍♂️🤞
