I would move organic to the next like with machine, just so it’s not orphaned.

Up the contrast a bit by darkening the background.

Increase p line-height by maybe 20-50%?

Reduce p width to about 70ch, or I guess -25%?

Besides those nitpicks, I really dig the look and feel!
