I think that's the underlying issue a lot of people have trouble expressing.

i think a lot of the memecoins we see are promoted as securities in group chats and by outliers to US jurisdiction as well

as long as the banner says it’s not an investment on the site, they can definitely tell people it is

the other thing is casinos are enforced to enforce bans/addiction

memecoin shilling is the ultimate grift

you’re literally selling something which has no value or utility, you’re only looking for exit liq
