I think that's the underlying issue a lot of people have trouble expressing. No one minds the person who privately spends a night at a casino. But when their online personality is distilled to promoting the casino they're now overly attached to, it's hard to see them the same way again.

i think a lot of the memecoins we see are promoted as securities in group chats and by outliers to US jurisdiction as well as long as the banner says it’s not an investment on the site, they can definitely tell people it is the other thing is casinos are enforced to enforce bans/addiction

No real regulation + hive mind goldfish memory = no accountability or repercussions for the players in the game Bullposting is so EV+ (money wise) that people really only have common decency stopping them from doing it
